Jamieson Mills was created in December 2014 by Jamie Simister and Richard Mills.
From a solid foundation the business has continued to grow both in terms of instructions and team which now stands at four. Russell Walker joined in November 2015 to assist on current instructions whilst also concentrating on the out of town retail and leisure agency and development markets. Trevor Pyne completes the team as a lease advisory specialist.

WHAT WE DO
Our main area of transactional activity is in the leasing of shopping centres, retail parks, high street shops and developments. We also give consultancy advice and support to retailers including Bunnings, Lidl and Costa Coffee. Our approach provides comprehensive coverage of the retail and leisure market and spans over three decades of experience.
We have a proven track record in providing pre purchase due diligence to our clients when looking to acquire primarily shopping centre assets.
We partner with our development clients to deliver saleable assets with with well considered asset management and leasing advice from conceptual drawings through to the delivery of the projects.
We provide a joined up retail support role which includes lease advisory services where we have demonstrated tangible strategies to our Landlord clients through our in house and consultant panel of experts.
WHERE WE DO IT
Jamieson Mills are responsible for the leasing and asset management of over 30 shopping centres nationwide.
We have a number of UK wide high street instructions and we advise a number of landlord clients on their high street assets and we deliver credible asset management strategies.
Out of Town
We cover all aspects of out of town retail, from development, retail park leasing through to advising retailers on their acquisition programmes, including that of Homebase Bunnings.
Restaurants and Leisure
We advise our Landlord clients on existing and potential leisure and restaurant opportunities.
We advise many of our retained clients on under-uttilised assets where we advise them on appropriate uses to maximise value. We have a proven track record of leading the process from concept through to project delivery.
