Trevor deals primarily with active asset management initiatives within both shopping centres and High Street properties, including rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring, lettings and acquisitions, from strategy formulation and implementation through to completion.

 

He also has extensive experience in making representations as an expert witness plus engagement during the due diligence of investment acquisitions in carrying out measured surveys of entire shopping centres and High Street parades.
